Refund policy

No Returns:

Simply Beautiful Collection does not accept returns on personal care goods such as beauty products. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, discounted items, or gift cards.

15 Days Refund/ Replaced Policy:

Simply Beautiful Collection will refund/ or replace any products that has been damaged due to shipping. Once items are delivered, customers are allowed 15 days to request a refund. Please email us at: simplybeautifulcollection1@gmail.com. In addition, the customer must provide proof of purchase and photo(s) of the damaged item(s).

You will automatically be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we've approved your return, please get in touch with us at simplybeautifulcollection1@gmail.com.

Depending on each issue, all approved refunds will be made in full, or partial payments. Shipping costs will be reimbursed provided that the customer originally paid for shipping costs. 

Damages and Issues:

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item(s) should be defective, or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item(s) so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
