Order Processing Times:

Our orders are processed within 3-7 business days. During seasonal times like Black Friday and Christmas, order processing time may take longer. We appreciate your patience while we prepare your order.

Returns & Cancellations:

Please see the refund policy for more clarification. If you would like to cancel or make a change to your order, you are able to do so within 3 hours of receiving your order confirmation. Please contact us at simplybeautifulcollection1@gmail.com.

Tracking, Delay & Lost Items:

When tracking is available, if your order does not arrive by the estimated due date, please wait 48 hours before contacting us. We will do our best to locate the package and extend your time frame for refunds or ship another product of equal value. Should your order arrive damaged please take photos and, or proof of purchase to our email listed.

Should your order be identified as lost by the shipping carrier, we will ship a new order immediately or offer a refund. In addition, because of your inconvenience Simply Beautiful Collection will offer a gift card on future purchases.
