Oatmeal/ Oat milk- Oatmeal is gentle enough for all skin types, including sensitive skin and acne-prone skin. It helps to moisturize, soothe, heal and can be used as a gentle cleanser or an exfoliator. Oatmeal is great for dry, itchy, or irritated skin. Oatmeal keeps skin hydrated by forming a layer on the surface of the skin that retains water. Oatmeal is non-comedogenic, which means it will not clog pores. In addition, oatmeal/ oat milk is loaded with vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants.
